Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): rates calculated at checkout
• - Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): rates calculated at checkout
• Free standard shipping is available on orders over a qualifying threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times and rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

BOVAI is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@bovai.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
